Pra quem lê ou dá uma passada rápida e básica no meu blog, muito obrigada!Pra quem ainda não viu, deveria dar uma espiadinha nos posts antigos. Gente, perdão, eu sei que às vezes escrevo em inglês e depois português e a coisa fica toda misturada...tudo isso é porque tenho amigos de várias partes do mundo, eu só espero que todos que tiveram a oportunidade de ter contato com uma língua estrangeira, tente entender o conteúdo! Não posso dizer a mesma coisa dos amigos gringos...Olhem as imagens, às vezes elas falam mais do que palavras, afinal de contas, conheço muita gente que rotula a pessoa pelo seu visual, sem ao menos conhecer o interior.

In last week's Wear It Your Way we challenged you to style some heeled ankle boots from Topshop. Our featured entry comes from Ellie, a print designer from Brighton.

Ellie chose heritage as her theme to style the burgundy ankle boots. “They looked quite autumnal to me and also quite classy”, she explains, “I had visions of sitting in a country pub after a stroll in the rain.”

We absolutely love the checked trousers Ellie has picked, although the pattern might be traditional, the cut keeps them ultra-modern.

As for her choice of jumper, Ellie says: “I thought I would pair the trousers with a clashing pattern on top to mix things up.” We couldn’t agree more, clashing prints is having a moment right now and statement knits are everywhere!

Camel is one of the hottest coat colours for this autumn, so top marks to Ellie for picking this gorgeous maxi camel coat from Reiss. “It looks both cool and comfy,” Ellie explains.

With her accessories, a simple black saddle bag, burgundy fedora and green gloves, Ellie has added a dose of glamour - or “lady of the manor” as she describes it – we think her outfit is a great combination of chic and traditional elements.
